All UMBC IRB approved human subjects research should include research subjects’ signed informed consent documents, or alternately, if there are many research subjects, a scan of the IRB certification approval letter. Students can obtain a copy of the IRB certificate for their class from the instructor. Consent documents and IRB certificates should be uploaded with the submission, but will be hidden in the system and available only to system administrators.
