Welcome to the UMBC Library! This guide will introduce you to research resources to help with class assignments while you are here at UMBC. You can explore the topics on the left tabs to help you with finding a research topic, searching for sources, and citing sources. This guide also serves as a learning module for English 100 with five video tutorials and a knowledge check with 10 questions, and should take about 30-40 minutes to complete. This is open book, so feel free to access the internet or library homepage (library.umbc.edu) and refer to any of the links and videos while answering the questions.
