Find using the Library A-Z Journal Finder

Are you running into paywalls when looking at online news articles or magazines? Feel free to see if the UMBC Library has subscription access. We don't have everything, but we do have a number of major magazines & newspapers such as The Atlantic, The New Yorker, Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, etc.

To check for access using the A-Z Journal Finder (see also video on first page of this ENGL 392 guide):
  1.  Visit the library homepage (library.umbc.edu) and click on the A-Z Journal tab above the search bar
  2. Type in the title of the magazine or newspaper that you are interested in
  3. Look through the various links provided to see if full text is offered in the years you are interested
  4. Click on the appropriate link to get access to the full text
