Citing Sources

1. Login to EndNote Basic

2. Go to the Options tab

3. Select Download Installers

4. On the right side under Firefox Extension, click on Download Windows/Macintosh

5. Install EndNote Basic Toolbar

6. Restart Firefox for the toolbar to appear

1. Search for sources in any database (EBSCO, Proquest, etc) or on the web

2. From the search results, select the item you want to view details

3. From the toolbar, click on the Capture option

4. Login with your email address and password

5. Select where to save the citation to – my.endnote.com

6. Select the appropriate reference type

6. Select the Save to button

1. Citation will be added to the Unfiled group

2. Close the window
